Socium Development is developing a Waste Plastic to Fuel production facility at the Province of Sa Kaeo, Thailand, in a collaboration with the local authorities.
The facility focuses on converting waste plastics, such as used plastic bags, wrapping materials and packaging products into low sulphur oil. This oil is similar in character to crude oil and can be refined into Diesel, Gasoline and Kerosene.
The facility is currently in its development phase, during which the facility is being established to launch the production output of approx. 60 000 liters per month, which will be expanded to approx. 120 000 liters per month during Q3/2020.
Additional expansions will take place to increase production to approx. 600 000 liters per month within 2021.
